Good quality rice. We really liked this product. Several times we have purchased this from Bigbasket and the quality is always super

Quality Rice

good product

super good quality rice

Have been buying this Brand over the last year or so, was fine initially but for the last 3 purchases, the quality has deteriorated as regarding ageing. Almost new rice which does not cook well and is a disappointment. Please introduce controls on quality as this is your own brand…!

Ageing not up to the mark, needs better controls..

The product has misleading information as the item description says that the rice is 12+ months old however in reality it is less than 3 months old. No matter how you cook it comes out as all sticky and messed up.
