This is an issue with all the frozen products I’ve ordered from big basket so far. The product is almost completely thawed only consolation is the package is still cold. But it’s not safe to get thawed products and freeze them again. Advisable to work on the refrigeration facilities for such products

The beans & peas in the pack were not fresh.

Problem because of the product having been already thawed  as it was not maintained at reqd temperature ,  it smells rancid within few hours in the first use itself. Safal products are not being handled well.

Thawed before delivery

I tried this for first time n m sure this ll be my first and last... The veggies r not fresh and keep stinking... Its better I buy fresh vegetables and use it!!!!
