The taste is very good. mix vegetables mango lemon chilli all very tasty. But it is a bit of an extra sour. it would be better if the sour quantity was reduced as required for better taste.

It does justice to the name "Mother's Recipe" and the combination of being a "mixed" pickle is justified in the taste... it's very well balanced, not overly hot/spicy as the heat level is bearable even for my 11 year old nephew.
