I got the spoiled one with full of insects

brand new packet of chole, on opening and soaking it was full of insects totally unusable

the product has a pungent smell and a new expiry sticker just appears to be stamped on top of an expired item.

Worst product quality must be expired packet repacked as it contained more of insects than the actual product. Not expected from BB doing such activities when they hold a brand and position in the market. On top of it BB doesn’t have an option to raise this to their support team too which is all the more dissatisfying. BB needs to look into this issue of giving better quality products rather than forcing people to think of offline mode again. Thanks.
