It used to be good a few years back. Now Quality has deteriorated. Lot of flour and undisclosed amount of edible gum added. It is difficult to spot the flavour after  just a single  boil of rasam/sambar. I have tried 6 other brands which are equally poor.No mukti :(

Poor flavour

For the first time in 15 years I have LG Hing two bottles in which the powder has been of very low low quality devoid of its usual aroma and colour is also of a millers flour. Waste of purchase. Regret my purchase. Even two star given is only for BigBasket and delivery agents whose services I liked but not the product
