quality is goot but it is finely  powdered.  I was looking for  whole spices used in Punjabi achar so unfortunately didn't fulfill my purpose.

Really flavorful. We use in parantha though to make achari parantha. add in vegetables or other dishes to get the achari taste

This is a very fine powder, should be coarse to get the perfect pickle texture.
