Quality has gone down. Not it's not broken basmati, it's like tiny particle of rice. I mean to say I rice broken into 10-15 pieces

First of all the packet that I received was torn....And the rice was fully broken. Very bad quality of rice....I was not expecting this kind of rice from the famous brand like India Gate. very disappointed and will never buy this again 

Expected a more whiter tone in the rice which conveys freshness and cleanliness to me. This one is a bit on the yellow side which turns me off. Next time will try another brand.
