Today, March 2025, I bought 2 cups of Mississippi Mud Flavour Icecream from Baskin Robbins. Purchased from Big Basket retailer for the first time, in Navi Mumbai. And both cups of chocolate icecream bought had the same issues with the cherry fruit. Icecream flavour was good, and currently one of the best tasting and moderately healthy one in the market. Hence 4 rating, though I would rather give it a 3.5 one, because the fruit tastes of chemicals used to preserve it, which are harmful for consumption for kids or anyone who is in weakened health status.
Might be something they can avoid putting in these packs, as people can enjoy chocolate icecream without fruits in it. 

3.5* rating not 4, flavour good one ingredient bad
