nowadays I feel better when I get products without plastic, though I understand that plastic is used, as it seems to be more practical. but seriously bread can be easily delivered wrapped in paper and stored in a carton box. 
the bread itself is good and didn't cause constipation, maybe due to the fact that it was generously covered in sesame and sunflower seeds.
taste was also good and I didn't feel the need of eating plenty of this, as it appeased my hunger efficiently. 
so all in all a really good product. 

good bread

It has no sugar,  has lots of seeds. Label says zero maida, I hope it is true. Taste is good but ought to be a little more sour.
Only negative is, the crust is sometimes burnt black. I had to trim out the crust from every slice I ate, in the last loaf I bought.
Update: Big Basket sent a loaf which expired the day it was delivered. BB must indicate date of expiry in the listing.

Dodgy Freshness

The taste was authentic as were the ingredients used. There was only the fermented wheat starter and no extra yeast that is normally used in other breads. Would appreciate if there’s a choice to have it delivered pre-sliced. Thanks and keep up the great product.
