have to cook on a Little slow flame... wash delicately and dry wipe it...Jus add some oil for the first time before using,heat on slow ,this is to season it...use for anything...have to use it sensibly ,and once u get a hang..pls ditch the non stick cookware.. very nice quanlity by Hawkins...and nice delivery By Big Basket
