Have been using this for breakfast for a few months now. Obviously not as healthy as steel-cut oats, but still better than cornflakes (in fact, better than any product from Kellogg's because all of them contain sugar).

These taste great, since they're already sweetened you barely need to add sugar. They're a good option to consider for breakfast on regular!

Nice and crunchy..and only mildly sweet. I store the bottle in my fridge. Good to have genuinely healthy cereal for an occasional change in breakfast menu, and no need to feel guilty about serving sugar laden processed cereal to the kids.
