Horrible brushes. Advertised as soft, but feels like steel bristles. Waste of money. I now use it to clean the edges of my toilet tank.

Rough Bristles.

Not sure why the other reviews were so negative about the bristles and their softness. They were not hard. So, the quality has improved. What you can do to improve this product is to also send a toothbrush cap.

Great cleaning

Very good bristles on toothbrush and comfortable in the mouth.
Price is also reasonable for an Oral B toothbrush

Comfortable ?

I found bristles remain in my mouth after every brush. grip is also not so good, it's very slippery. overall very useless product

poor quality bristle
