product was good but due to handling error it was started melting hope Bigbasket do something on fast delivery

awesome product

I received completely melted ice cream, which is unacceptable. It clearly shows a lack of proper handling and delivery care. When ordering ice cream, customers expect it to arrive fresh and in good condition, not in a melted state.

This kind of service is highly disappointing and reflects poor quality control. I hope you take this seriously and improve your delivery standards, otherwise customers will lose trust.
