Item arrived in a dirty/soiled packing as if it was stored in a dirty area.  This is not the first time I have noticed similar situation.  it looks like there is no attention given re storing items in a CLEAN area.  I would like this item to be replaced as I have not opened the blister packing.  Pls call me.
